Richard H. Martha

Rich is a skilled trial lawyer who represents a diverse group of clients in the fields of hospitality, Homeowners Associations, churches and schools, construction, agriculture, and retail in the areas of general liability, products liability, motor vehicle liability, and premises liability.  He has successfully tried large exposure cases throughout Southern California.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Division One hockey player, Rich brings toughness, grit, and directness to his practice.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Environmental Resource Management. Rich went on to receive his law degree from the Duquesne School of Law in 2001 and was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. Richard is married to Sandra Martha and has two children.  The Martha family spends the majority of their time on the fields playing baseball, softball, and soccer.  Rich and Sandie are active triathletes and enjoy sunny San Diego.
